Limited Warranty for DayClox Digital Calendar & 5 Cycle Day Clocks
The limited warranty set forth below is given by GeriGuard Solutions with respect to a new DayClox product purchased from GeriGuard Solutions. Proof of purchase (e.g. website order number) is required, as well as return authorization from GeriGuard Solutions.
This limited warranty is valid when the clock is purchased and used in the United States only. Use of the clock outside of the United States will void the warranty.
The internal Circuit Board and A/C Adapter are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The clock screen is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is invalid in the following cases:
Damage to the product due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, accident, power surges, power outages, electrical current fluctuations, static electricity shocks, lightening, water damage or improper use.
Within the warranty period, parts and labor to repair the clock will be provided by GeriGuard Solutions without charge. Shipping charges may be at the customer’s expense, based on date of purchase (see below):

The clock can be returned to GeriGuard Solutions by contacting us @
email@example.com with proof & date of purchase (e.g Website order number) for return authorization.
Geriguard will replace internal Circuit Board and/ or the A/C Adapter and pay all postage fees. If the screen becomes defective within 30 days of the date of purchase, GeriGuard will replace the clock & pay all postage fees.
Over 30 days up to One Year
Contact GeriGuard Solutions with proof & date of purchase @ firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. GeriGuard warranties the internal circuit board & the a/c adapter for a period of One Year. Geriguard will either replace the internal circuit board and /or provide a new adaptor. Customer is responsible to pay postage. Screens have a 30 day warranty & cannot be repaired.
